We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Recruiter for an American Company.
This person must be proactive, reliable, highly organized and must possess and Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
Job Responsabilities:
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs through different channels.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Advanced English level both written and spoken.
- At least two years of proven experience in a recruitment roll.
- Experience doing recruitment for staff in the medical field is a plus.
What we offer:
- Gross Salary of $20,000 to $25,000 pesos a month.
