Bilingual Patient Advocate (Mon-Fri!!)
Bilingual Patient Advocate Job Description:

+ Patient & provider communication and education

+ Support ER visits and care transitions

+ Assist with benefits enrollment

+ Handle inbound/outbound calls

+ Maintain accurate documentation

Bilingual Patient Advocate Required Qualifications:

+ Bilingual Spanish & English (fluent)

+ 2+ years healthcare/managed care experience

+ Able to work onsite full-time

+ Reliable for Glendale commute

Bilingual Patient Advocate Preferred Qualifications:

+ Medical Assistant certification or nursing background

+ Care coordination or call center experience

+ Benefits/enrollment exposure

Bilingual Patient Advocate Schedule:

+ Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm!!
