Position Overview

 We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Health & Safety Administrator to work in person at our headquarters in Ottawa, ON.
 
  What you will be doing… 
 Under the direction of the Occupational Health and Safety Manager, the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Administrator is responsible for supporting the health and safety programs assisting with accident forms, compiling documents for case files, answering general inquiries, tracking, following up on and updating compliance and certification requirements and supporting the Health and Safety committee.
 
  Some of your responsibilities include… 
 Act as the first point of contact for all Health and Safety queries, directing calls and taking messages
 Compile, track, and file various forms, documents, and reports of various health and safety programs and services
 Generate and prepare reports for the OHS Manager
