+ Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs
+ Maintains the reception area
+ Appointment scheduling
+ Verification of insurances

**Required Qualifications**

+ You will have a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service setting; managing multiple phone lines.
+ You will have excellent Customer Service and phone etiquette
+ You will have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
