Homes for the Homeless (HFH) is searching for an experienced Client Care Coordinator for our Families w/ Children facility in the Williamsbridge area of the Bronx. As the Client Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by providing mental health and related services for homeless families. Our ideal candidate will enhance existing services to include a thorough assessment of families’ long-term goals at intake and collaborate with the case management staff to set achievable goals and establish linkages within the community to ensure the family’s success.
