Position Overview
Key Responsibilities 1. Tenancy Management - Draft, review, and format tenancy agreements, lease documents, and related correspondence.
- Review tenancy agreements and legal documents in both English and Chinese (where applicable).
- Track key tenancy dates including lease commencement, expiry, renewal options, and rent review periods.
- Manage lease renewal processes, including preparation of documentation and coordination of approvals.
- Liaise with landlords, mall management, and external legal counsel on tenancy matters.
- Maintain a centralised database of tenancy agreements and outlet-related documents.
- Support new outlet openings and closures from a tenancy documentation perspective.
2. Trademark & Intellectual Property Management - Assist in trademark application processes, including preparation and submission of required documents.
