On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Bilingual Labour Relations Advisor to join a dynamic team on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will be supporting managers and employees on labour relations, HR policies, investigations, grievances, and compliance in unionized/non‑unionized environments.

Duties

• Advising on HR policies, collective agreements, performance management, and corrective actions
• Leading investigations into harassment, violence, or other workplace issues and preparing documentation
• Managing grievances, accommodations, return‑to‑work plans, and attendance issues
• Collaborating with unions on resolutions, negotiations, and bargaining preparation
