Overview:Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the responsibility of the Human Resources Coordinator is to interact and build successful relationships with employees and management. Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of candidates for various levels of open positions. Help ensure compliance with State and Federal employment regulations. Coordinate and facilitate training relevant to Operations for new and existing employees. Evaluate the trainees for the effectiveness of training and individual employee growth.
