As a Bi-lingual HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy, partnering with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. You will have multi-site responsibilities within the state of Texas in Houston, Willis, and Temple. You'll be embedded in the plant, working directly with employees and leadership to support a high-performing culture.
