What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Serve as a go-to resource for employees, supporting day-to-day HR needs

+ Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee engagement efforts

+ Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

+ Support recruitment efforts including screening, interviewing, and coordinating hires

+ Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

+ Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and workplace culture
