Description
We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a diverse and growing workforce. This role will serve as a key partner to employees and leadership, managing core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and visa/immigration processes.
The ideal candidate brings a strong operational mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leverages systems like SuccessFactors to drive consistency, compliance, and data-backed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees and managers across the organization
+ Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers
+ Administer and support visa and immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, TN, OPT, PERM coordination with legal partners)
