Job Description

Our client working in the Non-Profit space is hiring for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join their team on a 11 week contract. The Bilingual HR Generalist will support daily HR operations and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. 

This position is starting on an 11 week contract, with a potential to extend. This role is working in a hybrid model, working 3 days onsite per week in Brantford.Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies and programs

  • Support compensation and payroll-related processes

  • Manage employee documentation and records

  • Address employee relations issues or escalate as necessary

  • Maintain accurate HR data using an HR information system (HRIS)

  • Assist with internal communication of HR initiatives and updates
