Join the Customer Experience team as a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist. Delight customers with tailored service while meeting sales goals in a part-time capacity this summer.
As a key member of the team, you will report to the Manager and engage with potential customers via calls. Understanding their needs and providing excellent recommendations will be crucial. This role not only focuses on driving growth but also ensures an optimal experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed defined sales and retention goals
• Perform upselling and cross-selling effectively
• Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately
• Address all customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Track and prioritize problem resolutions
Requirements:
• High school diploma with post-secondary preferred
• 5+ years of relevant customer service experience
• Preferred 3-5 years in a sales call centre
• Strong communication and persuasion ability
