Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Craft Recruiter to support rapid growth across our commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding skilled craft labor (e.g., electricians, carpenters, concrete workers, HVAC technicians) while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

This position plays a critical role in keeping projects staffed, timelines on track, and field teams operating at full capacity.


Key Responsibilities

+ Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume craft roles across multiple job sites

+ Build and maintain strong pipelines of skilled trades through community outreach, referrals, job boards, and partnerships

+ Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) interviews, screenings, and onboarding coordination
