As an important part of the team, you'll operate as a Call Centre Billing Representative, fielding 30-40 inbound calls daily. Collaborating with Licensed Insurance Advisors, you'll resolve billing discrepancies while effectively communicating with customers across Canada. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are key to this position.
