**Main Responsibilities**:- Capture and track orders from Associates/Distributors and Customers via telephone, showing empathy and good service.
- Guide Associates and Distributors according to new FTC regulations- Document any adverse events reported by an Associate/Distributor or Customer and continue the corresponding process so that they receive follow-up by GMPSS.
- Provide information on promotions, events, new products to Associates and Distributors- Guide Associates/Distributors to obtain the best results from the company's products and services.
- Reactivate accounts of Associates and Distributors who request it by telephone.Job Qualifications:**Requirements**:- High School Diploma- 1-year experience in customer service.
- Advanced English (Written and spoken)- Basic knowledge level in Microsoft office, Outlook, Internet.
