Your Role & Responsibilities
As an SDR/BDR, you will be the frontline of our business development strategy, identifying and qualifying opportunities within the U.S. market.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to prospective clients.
- Identify key decision-makers and generate interest in our construction solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead status in our CRM.
What We Are Looking For:
- Advance English (English/Spanish): Good verbal and written communication skills (English is mandatory for the U.S. market).
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 1โ2 years in outbound phone sales, telemarketing, or SDR/BDR roles.
