The Bid Specialist will support the Bid Manager in coordinating, preparing, and submitting high-quality, compliant, and competitive tender responses. The successful candidate will take ownership of the bid support process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring that all bid requirements are understood, tracked, and delivered within deadline.

This role requires a highly organized professional with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables, and the confidence to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. The Bid Specialist will play a key role in profiling RFQs, RFPs, and tender opportunities, preparing compliance documentation, coordinating inputs from internal teams, and helping shape clear and compelling submissions aligned to client requirements and Cigicell’s tender strategy.
