Responsibilities

• Lead the entire bid process from initial opportunity identification through to submission, ensuring deadlines are met and bid quality is maintained.
• Develop and implement winning bid strategies tailored to commercial, residential & mixed‑use construction projects, aligning with client requirements and company strengths.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (estimators, designers, engineers, commercial staff) to gather inputs and ensure alignment throughout the bid.
