You take on bid management with a focus on project calculations and financial evaluations of tenders and proposals – particularly in the areas of cash center solutions and high-security printing.
You provide cross-functional support to the Bid and Contract Management team EU/LATAM/NAM.
You work closely and as an equal partner with our Sales, Technical Sales teams, the Contract Managers in Munich, as well as with our international subsidiaries.
You analyze customer-specific tender documents and develop a coherent bid strategy together with the international bid team.
You clarify project-related questions with the relevant departments – such as Export, Logistics, Insurance, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Controlling, Tax, or Finance.
You prepare consolidated project costings, conduct risk assessments, and manage the internal approval process in line with company guidelines.
