Job Title: Bid Manager

Responsibilities

• The country Bid Manager is overall responsible for coordinating all stakeholders involved in the RFQ response and submitting the final combined DGF answer in a timely manner.
• Assume the lead and involve all necessary stakeholders based on the country-led concept (e.g., Lead Country ACC/OCC, Finance, IT, Legal, etc.).
• Coordinate, execute, and manage the pre-bid and post-bid phases; serve as project manager and interface between Commercial Owner and DGF resources.
• Support the Commercial Owner in liaising with DGF response teams, preparing and organizing commercial narratives, executive summaries, commercial value propositions, and DGF T&Cs.
• Ensure completeness, appearance, and timeliness of the RFQ submissions to the commercial owner.
