As Bid Manager, you will play a key role in building and running this function, supporting high-quality tender submissions and improving our win rates.

What you’ll do

Build & improve

• Support the setup of a structured tender process, templates and tooling

• Help establish ways of working for a scalable Tender Desk

• Continuously improve processes, quality and efficiency

Run tenders end-to-end

• Coordinate RFPs, RFIs and tenders from intake to submission

• Align Sales, Service Lines and supporting teams to deliver strong proposals

• Ensure deadlines, quality and compliance are met
