**Summary:**

This is a Proposal Lead role to oversee and coordinate all activities related to technical proposals for Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, and Combined Cycle Equipment. This role includes the entire process from the receipt of a request for proposal to the final award and handover to execution unit. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and possess in-depth technical expertise related to combined cycle power plants.

+ Defines proposal strategy and basic project conditions in collaboration with Sales.
+ Lead the preparation of the technical proposal and ensure its timely and complete submittal.
