Job Description
Lead end-to-end public and private bidding processes across LATAM and North America
Analyze RFPs, RFIs and RFQs, ensuring full compliance and strong commercial positioning
Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations and HQ teams
Manage bid timelines, deliverables, risks and approvals under strict deadlines
Act as the central point of contact between regional teams and the global bidding organization
Support go / no‑go decisions and bid strategy definition
Prepare and submit high‑quality proposals, including clarifications and presentations
Identify and proactively track upcoming bidding opportunities
