Position Overview
Role Purpose
The Bid & Customer Sales Support professional will own the end-to-end preparation of high-quality RFP, RFQ, and proposal submissions for ZestIoTβs products and solutions. The role ensures customer requirements are clearly understood, accurately translated into proposals, and aligned with both technical and commercial expectations for airports, airlines, and ground handlers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze customer RFPs, RFQs, and proposal requests to understand scope, requirements, timelines, and evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure complete and compliant submissions.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Champions, Engineering Managers, Engineering Leads, and Project Managers to ensure technical and non-technical requirements are addressed.
