The Bid and Proposal Lead is responsible for executing the end-to-end bid and proposal process for architectural projects, from preparation and submission to negotiation and execution. This role ensures that the company secures projects through competitive bids and in line with the company's legal, financial, and project objectives.

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and requirements to develop compliant proposals
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, QS, finance, project teams) to gather inputs
