To provide leadership, direction and coordination of operational activities within the team. Ensuring Claims Management Information and Analysis of the team to key stakeholders and to review claims procedures to ensure legal compliance and reduce risk and manage a team of MI Officers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the team strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets
- Participate in all relevant meetings in order to share and develop strategy, knowledge and best practice
- Provide recommendations on business improvement plans/strategies
- Lead projects related to business improvement.
- Create, maintain and audit claims procedures to ensure they meet legal compliance regulations
