Description
• Delivers consistent and exceptional member experience with every member interaction. • Builds relationships with members through needs assessments and product and service recommendations that serve their financial needs. • Advises members on improving financial health with savings, managing debt, building credit, lending options, digital banking, and marketing campaigns and promotions. • Proactively outreaches to members and prospects and performs follow up activities including calling to deepen relationships. • Assists members with completion of loan applications, inspecting documents for accuracy and thoroughness for stipulations.
