Piper Companies is seeking a BI Developer/Reporting Analyst, to join one of the largest federal credit unions. The BI Developer/Reporting Analyst will be responsible for analyzing collections data to optimize recovery strategies, building performance dashboards, and supporting decision-making across financial services teams.
Responsibilities of the BI Developer/Reporting Analyst include:
Design, automate, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel to monitor collections performance and key metrics.Examine large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decisions and improve debt recovery processes.Partner with collections, credit risk, and operations teams to evaluate and enhance strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through written reports, presentations, and visualizati...
