There is an immediate opening for Seasonal Per Diem Laborers in the Buildings and Grounds Department. This position is yearly from April to October, working between the hours of 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with possible Saturdays where needed.

Responsibilities are but not limited to the following:


+ Landscaping

+ Lawn mowing

+ Trimming

+ Mulching

+ Planting

+ Weeding



+ Assists with minor repair of sidewalks & parking lots

+ Performs general exterior maintenance

+ Emptying of large trash receptacle when required


Job Qualifications


+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ Valid NYS Driver License

+ Knowledge of landscaping tools and gardening implements

+ Previous experience preferred
