JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing beverage service to all customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

•Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.

•Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.

•Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.

•Accurately accounts for all revenue related to the sale or service of beverage products.

•Performs necessary tasks to service guests, i.e.: taking and filling all beverage orders and assisting in maintaining guests gaming area in a clean and neat manner.<...
