The Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of the hotelβs beverage program, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and personalized service across all outlets. This position is responsible for managing beverage operations, including bars, lounges, restaurants, and in-room dining, while maintaining compliance with Four Seasons standards and local regulations.
The Beverage Manager ensures a superior guest experience by curating an innovative beverage offering and supporting flawless execution by the team. This role is also responsible for training and developing staff, monitoring inventory and cost controls, maintaining supplier relationships, and fostering a collaborative and professional work environment that reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
