A minimum of Grade 12, Hospitality Management Diploma
and WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) - level 2 higher certificate along with relevant beverage, wine, or bar service training
Sound knowledge of liquor licensing requirements and responsible alcohol service practices
3-5 years' experience in beverage, wine, bar operations, stock control, cost management, banqueting or event execution within a 5* hotel and / or resort environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite, hands-on experience using POS and stock control systems
Valid drivers licence.
