Position Summary:


This position is responsible for collection, distribution, and organization of beverage glassware and related equipment.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:



+ Monitors and navigates the casino floor to collect used glassware

+ Efficiently returns glassware to designated service and public bars in a timely fashion

+ Works with barbacks and servers to prioritize locations



Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:



+ Maintains organization in the established Earth and Sky central glass recovery areas
