As Construction Manager, you will oversee the delivery of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. Core responsibilities include;

Lead day-to-day onsite construction activities for BESS projects.
Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, site safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, and construction progress.
Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning activities.
Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks, inspections, and progress reporting.
Identify and mitigate construction risks and resolve field issues promptly.
Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are implemented.
