Description
We are in the process of recruiting a Benefits Support Analyst for our team located in Houston, Texas. The individual will be a pivotal team member with an emphasis on systems, Benefits knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring customer success. The role will involve translating clientsβ needs into product specifications for software enhancements and acting as a subject matter expert in the Benefits functional area.
Responsibilities:
β’ Support customers throughout the complete project lifecycle, from sales to implementation and support.
β’ Address and resolve Benefit related support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
β’ Act as a conduit for knowledge transfer, sharing insights on Benefits practices and processes with both clients and internal team members.
