**ADP is hiring a Benefits Specialist I.** In this position you will support the complete administration of the health, life, dental, vision, disability, voluntary benefits, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts and other benefit programs for ADP TotalSource and the Business Risk Evaluation (BRET) process. Responsible for benefit plan data management, including system updates and testing to support plan benefit designs, rates, COBRA, FSA, HSA and Open Enrollment. Ensures compliance with Section 125, ACA, FSA, HSA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA as well as other applicable state and federal benefit laws. Supports the internal client (Sales and Service) by interpreting and providing guidance on business rules and applicable laws.
