What will your role be?

As part of the Compensation, Benefits & International Payroll team, you will support the management of personnel costs and global payroll operations by analyzing key data, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to efficient HR processes across different countries.

• Budgeting and control: Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual personnel budget in coordination with Finance and business areas, tracking deviations and supporting cost control across markets.
