Job Description
- Design, implement, and manage employer‑sponsored retirement plans and long‑service incentive programmes, ensuring legal, tax, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the rollout and ongoing administration of a flexi‑benefits platform in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage annual renewals and performance reviews of HMO, Group Life Insurance, TPAs, and insurance brokers, including cost and value analysis.
- Develop and maintain benefits dashboards, utilisation reports, and ROI analysis to support informed decision‑making.
