Position Overview
**Job Description Summary**
Responsible for first tier employee service supporting all health and welfare plans. Handles ongoing inquiries of all health and welfare plans working with Payroll, Benefits Administration Center, locations, and other third-parties as required.
**Major Responsibilities**
+ Respond to all employee inquiries from the Benefits Center
+ Assist with administration of state and Company disability plans.
+ Perform routine periodic audits of various aspects of the health and welfare plans (e.g., payroll deductions, set up of plan offerings, position changes, etc.)
+ Assist in identifying eligibility and pricing setup issues.
+ Handle department duties such as mail, copying, filing, etc.
+ Perform specialized internal data requests as needed
+ Other duties as assigned
