The role of the Senior HR Benefits/Compensation Specialist is responsible for assisting with the administration of all employee benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, commuter/transit, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) plan and other applicable domestic and international benefits, and provide a superior employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS (Workday) to provide benefits carriers/vendors with accurate eligibility information, when necessary, respond to carriers inquiries and verify enrollment data details with carriers
- Process US and global benefits life events transactions in HRIS
- Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues, plan changes and COBRA enrollments
