Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately assess new claims and changes in circumstances for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support.Liaise with claimants, landlords, and external agencies to gather necessary information.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and local authority guidelines.Maintain accurate records and update systems promptly.Provide excellent customer service and support to claimants, explaining decisions clearly and empathetically.Identify and report potential fraud or irregularities.
