Position Overview
Primary Purpose of Position:
With a focus on leave of absence administration, the Benefits Analyst will play an integral role in supporting the broader administration of BXPβs benefits offerings. This role will serve as the main point of contact for leaves and general benefits inquires to ensure seamless communication and support of the companyβs workforce.
Essential Functions:
+ Manage all aspects of leave of absence and disability programs including FMLA, short term disability, and long-term disability in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.
+ Provide guidance to employees and managers on leave policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely information regarding eligibility, documentation requirements, and leave benefits.
+ Maintain and track accurate records of employee leave requests, information, and documentation.
