Receptionist and Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
+ Accurately enter customer orders into ERP and maintain order entry records.
+ Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate parties, and provide information as needed.
+ Greet guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
+ Handle customer complaints by identifying issues, providing timely solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure complete resolution.
+ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and update customer information as necessary.
+ Manage and track sample requests from customers and internal teams.
+ File tickets, estimates, and other documentation promptly and accurately.
+ Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
