The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for administering assigned corporate benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision, Life, AD&D, supplemental life, EAP, FSAs, COBRA, etc. Perform all duties in accordance with the companyβs policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 Annually + Annual Bonus.
**What you'll do:**
+ Administer employee benefit programs, including eligibility determination, new hire benefit enrollment, qualifying life status changes, beneficiary updates, disability, accident and death claims.
+ Respond to general employee inquiries on eligibility, coverage, and other employee benefit matters.
