Role & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Bench Sales activities for the U.S. IT Staffing market
- Bring direct clients and implementation partners independently
- Manage requirements, submissions, follow-ups, and closures
- Coordinate with recruiters for quality candidate submissions
- Build and maintain strong client/vendor relationships
- Work on C2C requirements across technologies like AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Appian, DevOps, AI/ML, etc.
- Maintain submission pipelines and placement tracking
- Generate new business opportunities and drive successful closures
