Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Bench Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of 20 Bench Sales Engineers/Recruiters in a fast-paced IT staffing and consulting environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end bench sales and candidate marketing lifecycle, ensuring process compliance, team productivity, successful placements, and overall operational excellence.
This role requires strong leadership, process management, vendor coordination, candidate handling, interview preparation oversight, and performance-driven execution.
