We are recruiting for a Building Energy and Management Systems Engineer to join our team in London on a permanent basis. Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate and optimise BEMS systems, ensuring environmental conditions always meet CBRE & Client-specified parameters.
• Identify, investigate and resolve BMS alarms or escalate through the correct channels where needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and improve operating efficiency.
• Produce monthly equipment reliability reports and trend analysis.
• Predictive failure analysis of critical equipment.
• Analyse graphical data, trends, and alarms to diagnose plant faults and system inefficiencies.
