Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property. Manage luggage storage and retrieval; transport luggage to and from guest rooms or the bell area. Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage, and provide directions. Arrange transportation such as taxis, shuttles, or limousine services and record requests as needed. Dispatch bell or valet staff when required. Communicate parking procedures, follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction, and maintain a courteous, professional greeting. Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees, maintaining positive working relationships, and enforcing company policies and safety standards.
