1. 负责宾客行李的接收、运送、寄存及领取服务，确保流程准确、及时、安全；
2. 协助宾客办理入住与退房手续，提供礼宾咨询及基础指引服务；
3. 保持行李房及公共区域整洁有序，定期清点、维护行李车及服务设备；
4. 配合礼宾部其他岗位完成突发事件响应及跨岗位协作任务。

1. 年满18周岁，身体健康，具备良好的体力与服务意识；
2. 具备基本沟通能力与普通话表达能力，能使用简单英语进行日常服务交流者优先；
3. 无违法犯罪记录，能胜任轮班制工作安排；
4. 接受岗前培训，服从酒店服务标准与管理规范。
